Looking for something to do tonight? The OC Great Park is showing Where the Wild Things Are for free at
7:30 pm on the preview park lawn.
The movie is free and so is the parking, so head on over to the Great Park Saturday night with a picnic and a blanket and enjoy.
The Great Park Balloon is the Orange County Great Park’s first major attraction. With the ability to hold up to 25 to 30 visitors and soar up to 400 feet above the surrounding landscape, passengers can watch the Great Park’s development unfold as construction activity increases.
Passengers will soar between 250-400 feet above the surrounding landscape, enjoying a bird’s eye view of the retired air station’s transformation into the first great metropolitan park of the 21st Century.

Lookinng for something fun to do this weekend for the whole family? Check out the the Beehive Family Expo & Fair coming this weekend (Saturday, March 13th from 10am - 6pm, & Sunday, March 14th from 10am - 5pm).
The entire event is totally & completely FREE with a donation of two cans of non-perishable food that will be donated to the the Second Harvest Food Bank (otherwise, admission is $5). There is a parking fee for this event.
There will be carnival rides, bounce houses, games & prizes, drawings & giveaways, photo contests, hands-on arts & crafts, local youth performances, & a laser tag course. The expo will also host over 200 vendors from across Orange County, featuring the latest & greatest, must-have products for moms, dads, children & babies.

The ice rink will be open Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, January 30th - February 28th, 2010, from 11am - 10pm.
